The public foundation "Ala-Too Development Center", established in 2009, is a dynamically and systematically developing non-governmental organization, open to new ideas, partners, and all positive changes in the sphere of education and development of public life in Kyrgyzstan.

The main activity of the Foundation is aimed at the implementation of educational programs.One of the sectors involved in the implementation of programs is the development in education. A key form of the fund's activities, holding seminars, trainings and other activities aimed at raising the level of professional skill of higher, middle and primary forms of education.A separate form of the fund's activities is aimed at the development of the civil societysector. This form of activity is also of a general educational nature, aimed at the development of cadres of public organizations (NGOs).

During the implementation of projects, the leaders are highlighted, there are key points of contact of private forms of activity with state ones. There is financial and material support on a grant basis to young and talented specialists in the field of education. Familiarization and advisory activities are being conducted to introduce new forms of education.On the basis of the foundation, an indefinite project for personal-oriented learning is realized in the form of language, computer and profiling courses.Every year, the children's project "Academy of Growth" is realized in summer, during which children of preschool and primary school age receive skills aimed at adapting and motivating success in the school curriculum.

By 2016, the Fund has established itself as an institution that helps the stable development of quality education, significantly expanded the geography of its activities, encompassing regional educational structures and units of NGOs of the Kyrgyz Republic, and increasing the number of its partners and projects.By the end of 2016, the Fund participated in the implementation of more than 50 projects on the education and development of public life in the Republic.

In 2016, for a significant contribution to educational and project activities promoting and realizing the newest positive ideas of young people, the republican newspaper Kyrgyz Tuusu awarded the organization with the Diploma "The Best Educational Institution of the Year". In the same year, the newspaper Kyrgyz Tuusu included Mohamed Ali Abdelkarim, President of the Development Center Ala-Too Development Center, among the best people of the year.

Each project implemented by the Foundation is a contribution to the treasury of the society, the first step towards the development of new ideas, the assistance and support of youth aimed at the future of our Republic.

Today the Foundation is a dynamically developing organization, open to new ideas, partners and positive changes for constructive interaction with all representatives of the public, state bodies, commercial business structures and NGOs.
